Our Goal is to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to request an exchange or return, please note the following.
If you have not activated your newly purchased Trackimo device, you may return the device within 14 days from receiving your Trackimo device for a full refund less associated shipping fees. This is subject to the terms and conditions below.
Merchandise may be returned in its original condition and packaging with all components included. If you fail to return all items packaged with your device, Trackimo may charge you up to a $35 restocking fee as necessary. You are required to include the original receipt as proof of purchase.
For items returned within this 14-day period and it has been activated, Trackimo will refund the purchase price paid less any original shipping charges and any restocking fees if applicable, and the cost of the cellular subscription ($60).
Should your unit be determined to be defective after contacting our customer care department, Trackimo will ship out a replacement unit within 48 hours and assist you with the activation.
1. Request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Trackimo Customer Support. firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Package products and write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the provided address.
Any unit damaged by misapplication or abuse will not be accepted for return. Our products are factory tested prior to shipping, so please ensure you have followed activation instructions and called customer care before requesting a return authorization.
